How to book a ticket

Beware! When ordering through their service, you are deprived of the opportunity to book additional services from the carrier (luggage, meals, transportation of animals, transportation of equipment, etc.).
More details: I ordered tickets through Aviasales, then the system brought me to NeboTravel. Aeroflot tickets, booked, paid (the money was immediately debited)! Instead of tickets, I receive an information letter from the Nebo.Travel company, in which they explain to me that they will not send me tickets yet... first, I must wait for the reservation confirmation (“Your order has been accepted for booking. Wait for confirmation”)
The next day a new letter arrived: “Your order has been confirmed. Tickets for your order will be issued before 19:00 on the day preceding the departure date"!!!
Instead of an Aeroflot reservation number, they sent me an itinerary receipt, without a ticket or reservation number. I contacted the support service, where an employee, with the persistence of a bot, sent me messages that when purchasing a ticket, I had checked the box in the Agreement, and it indicated that the ticket would be issued when the cancer whistled on the mountain.
Someone will say that this is not a problem, well, they will issue you a ticket the evening before departure, but there is a big BUT: all additional services of the carrier (in my case Aeroflot) are available to you only if you have a reservation number, and you don't even have one!
This means I can’t book the seats I need, special meals and most importantly, I can’t notify Aeroflot and get their consent to transport an animal! Such an application must be submitted two weeks before departure, and not the evening before departure..
So far the situation has not been resolved. I have not received the tickets, I continue to investigate with the support service, I am trying to find a way out to the management of Sky.Treval. I only receive formal replies from them.
My request for a refund was also rejected..
Conclusion: do not contact Nebo.travel. Tickets ordered through them, even if they are ultimately issued, although I have a lot of doubts here too, then you will at least lose the opportunity to order the services you need from the carrier!!!

We bought a ticket from Dubai to Russia (we arrived yesterday), at a price 8 times lower than the official price. AirArabia website (we flew with them), it was written right away - CHARTER!!!! This means that times and carriers are subject to change! And each carrier has its own requirements for baggage, etc., which means that when buying a free ticket, you must be prepared for changes in these parameters. The tickets arrived within 24 hours, as stated, and the final parameters were already determined. In our case, there were no changes, but we were ready for them, because... they knew what they were getting into. Very happy, we paid $70 instead of $650!!! There was no fraud, you can trust purchasing through this site. Buy, but read the conditions, and if you screw up, that's your problem. I regretted that I had read these dissatisfied reviews and screwed myself up. There is no scammer!
